Emmy winner Modern Family returns tonight with an all new episode called Slow Down Your Neighbors. Claire (Julie Bowen) takes it upon herself to slow down a speeding car that races through their neighborhood and Phil (Ty Burrell) faces a tough client. Gloria (Sofia Vergara) and Manny (Rico Rodriguez) both get bicycle lessons from Jay (Ed O’Neill) on Modern Family, tonight on ABC at 9 pm.
