The Today show’s Matt Lauer and his son Jack braved the cold waters during “The Frosty Plunge” at the 1st Annual HarborFrost Festival in Sag Harbor, New York. The father and son duo, along with many other hardy souls, took part in the festivities to benefit the Sag Harbor Ambulance Corps.
