Nicole Richie at the Marc Jacobs 2009 Fashion Show, wearing what appears to be some sort of a leather skirt and tank top, black bra under and a ridiculous headband that matches none of it!
Marc Jacobs is an American fashion designer. He is the head designer for Marc Jacobs, as well as the diffusion line Marc by Marc Jacobs. Marc Jacobs is currently the Creative Director of the prestigious French design house Louis Vuitton. In 2007, Jacobs was ranked 8th on Out magazine’s list of “50 Most Powerful Men and Women in America”.
