Katy Perry was spotted arriving at the Paris, France restaurant La Maison du Caviar. She showed off her figure in a sexy mini-dress and rocked her blue hair.

Perry was recently on the cover of Interview magazine looking almost unrecognizable with teased dark hair and cat eye liner.
