Justin Bieber kicked off his UK tour with a stop at the National Indoor Arena in Birmingham, England, where Willow Smith warmed up the crowd as the opening act. In a shout-out to Charlie Sheen, Justin Bieber tweeted: “Excited for the show tonight… I’m so jet-lagged good thing i have #tigerblood so i will pull through.”
