Who is that little cutie Justin Bieber is holding at the MuchMusic Awards in Toronto? It is his younger brother, Jaxon Bieber! His little brother has that Bieber swagger, for sure! Justin wore a Jacob & Co yellow diamond cross pendant to the MuchMusic Awards, and was also spotted wearing it during his Today Show interview when he helped Matt Lauer tweet for the first time!

Justin Bieber was presented a proclamation declaring June 19 “Justin Bieber Day” during a cd signing for “Believe” at JR Music World in New York City on June 19.
