Lady Gaga has posted this photo of her wearing fake gold vampire teeth on Twitter. The singer wrote: “RUSSIAN ROSE GOLD VAMPIRE GRILLZ early birthday present from the haus, gravediggaz! i’ve been begging for these.” They were a gift to her from her creative team, which she calls the Haus of Gaga. She turns 24 on March 28.
