Tom Cruise films Mission Impossible 4

At 48 years old, Tom Cruise still performs his own gravity-defying stunts. A buff Tom Cruise filmed scenes in Prague for his latest film, Mission Impossible 4, and was seen balancing on a third-floor ledge before leaping onto a moving truck below. Mission Impossible 4 co-stars Jeremy Renner and is expected to hit the big screen in December 2011.

Between takes, Tom Cruise warmed up in this cozy jacket and signed autographs for fans who had gathered in the streets.
