Jennifer Aniston attends the premiere of her new movie, Horrible Bosses, at the Grauman’s Chinese Theatre in HOllywood. Aniston always finds the best LBD’s – and this little black dress from Balenciago is no exception.

Aniston plays a sex-crazed boss in her upcoming film, and said her role “was incredibly fun to play, especially since it’s the kind of role that a guy would normally play.”
