Angelina Jolie has been spotted sporting a blonde wig as she begins filming her new movie Salt. The star began shooting the film in New York this week where she plays Evelyn A Salt, a CIA operative on a mission to clear her name after she is accused of being a Russian sleeper agent.

Originally Tom Cruise was set to star in the film, however execs denied his extravagant salary. This resulted in a re-write of the film to star Angelina Jolie as the title character instead of the original one being male.
