Why so blue? Newly single Katy Perry at Vegas bash

Katy Perry was spotted at the kick-of party for the grand opening of 1 OAK Las Vegas with J Molinari designer Markus Molinari. The singer, who recently split from hubby Russell Brand, looked fab in a short and sexy dress and blue hair. Perry was spotted enjoying some cocktails at the VIP table as she listened to  DJ Mia Moretti and violinist Caitlin Moe.

Katy, along with with Markus and Jason Arasheven, presented a check to the co-founders of the GiveLove charity, Patricia Arquette and Rosetta Getty, as well as board-member David Arquette before heading inside the party to join the 1 OAK owners, Richie Akiva and Scott Sartiano as well as 1 OAK Las Vegas managing partner Eli Pacino.
