Venus Williams, Abby Wambach at Women in Sports bash

Tennis pro Venus Williams showed off her long, wavy hair in a strapless floral gown at the Annual Salute to Women in Sports event in New York City on Wednesday. Other female athletes in attendance included Laila Ali and Billie Jean King.

Abby Wambach was honored with the Sportswoman of the Year by the Sports Foundation at the Annual Salute to Women in Sports event. Wambach scored four goals at the World Cup in Germany and she has 13 career World Cup goals.
