Jay-Z holds a press conference on the steps of the Philadelphia Museum of Art to announce he will headline the “Budweiser Made In America” Two Day Musical Festival in Philadelphia this Labor Day Weekend.

Jay-Z shakes hands with Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter.  “It’s gonna be a great day in Philly, I look forward to seeing you guys,” Jay-Z told the crowd.
