‘Today’ show turns Royal for Halloween!

Kathy Lee Gifford and Hoda Kotb don their crazy royal wedding hats as Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie, while Meredith Vieira makes a surprise appearance as the Queen of England on the Today show. Ann Curry had fun playing Kate Middleton, while Al Roker got into the  royal spirit, as well.
