Knee-high boots are all the rage this fall and Taylor Momsen, who is the face of Madonna’s new fashion line Material Girl, pulls off the look effortlessly. Different day, different boots. Several days later on the Gossip Girl set, Taylor Momsen donned these gray boots with her fishnets.
