Sienna Miller models for Vivienne Westwood

Sienna Miller struck a pose for a good cause, modeling British designer Vivienne Westwood’s new T-shirts in honor of the UK’s Red Nose Day on March 18. The proceeds from the shirts will benefit poor and disadvantaged people in both the UK and Africa.
