Sarah Hyland hosts Miss Me’s Album Release Party

Modern Family star Sarah Hyland, seen here posing with Sophia Bush, hosted the Miss Me Album Release Party with Elle Magazine at the iconic Sunset Marquis Hotel in West Hollywood  on August 9. Hyland, who looked chic in Badgley Mischka, and her guests enjoyed a live performance by The Songbirds in a poolside cabana.

Actress Brittany Snow looked on-trend in a Tom Ford tuxedo-inspired outfit paired with red stilettos at the Miss Me album release party. Other guests at the event included Ariel Winter, Jordana Brewster and Mad Men star Kiernan Shipka.
