Ray J celebrated the big 3-oh with a little help from his big sis, Brandy, during a blowout bash in Las Vegas. Along with a few friends, Ray J and Brandy partied it up at Pure nightclub inside Caesars Palace Hotel and Casino.
Brandy looked gorgeous with her braided hairdo and eye-popping red heels.
