Princess Beatrice giggles in her crazy royal wedding hat

Both fabulous and freaky, Princess Eugenie (blue hat) and Princess Beatrice (beige hat) show off their hats (or fascinators, as they are called) as they arrive to Westminster Abbey for the royal wedding. Beatrice wore a Valentino Haute Couture dress, while  Eugenie wore a blue Vivienne Westwood dress.

British socialite Tara Palmer-Tomkinson is seen arriving to the Royal Wedding of Prince William to Kate Middleton wearing this interesting blue fascinator.
