The 60th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards

The 2008 Primetime Emmy Awards  were held on September 21st and held at the brand new Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles, California. They were hosted by Ryan Seacrest, Tom Bergeron, Heidi Klum, Howie Mandel,and Jeff Probst. All 5 hosts were nominated for Outstanding Host for a Reality Show or Reality Competition. For the first time in the awards  history the academy released ten finalists for Outstanding Comedy and Drama Series categories. Presenting awards through the night were David Boreanaz,Wayne Brady, Lauren Conrad, Jimmy Kimmel and Kiefer Sutherland. A few of the winners through the night are Jeremy Piven, Louis J. Horvitz , John Stewart , Tom Wilkinson , and Paul Giamatti .
