The 60th Primetime Emmy Awards
The Primetime Emmy Awards held in 2008 were held on September 21st and held at the brand new Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles, California.Hosted by Ryan Seacrest, Tom Bergeron, Heidi Klum, Howie Mandel,and Jeff Probst. All 5 hosts were nominated for Outstanding Host for a Reality Show or Reality Competition. For the first time in the awards history they announced in advance ten finalists for Outstanding Comedy and Drama Series categories. Presenting awards through the night were Christina Applegate, Candice Bergen, Jimmy Kimmel, Kiefer Sutherland. A few of the winners through the night were Jean Smart, Louis J. Horvitz, Sydney Pollack, Tom Wilkinson, and Glenn Close.
