Nicole Richie wears a sexy cutout dress to UNICEF Ball

Nicole Richie attended the 2011 UNICEF Ball at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Beverly Hills, California on December 8. The starlet wore a black Osman dress paired with HOH 1960 black snake heels, a HOH 1960 black pony clutch and Neil Lane jewelry.

“Amazing night with UNICEF,” Ritchie tweeted after the event. Jenna Elfman and Kate Walsh were also spotted at the star-studded event.
