Madonna launches Material Girl

Although Material Girl spokesmodel Taylor Momsen couldn’t be bothered to crack a smile, Madonna, along with daughter Lourdes Leon, seemed to be enjoying herself at the Material Girl launch held at Macy’s in New York City. Madonna and Lourdes launched the fashion line for juniors based on Madonna’s styles during her 80s heyday. At the launch, Taylor Momsen and Lourdes Leon were both outfitted completely in Material Girl, while Madonna wore a dress created by the late Alexander McQueen.

According to Madonna, her 13-year-old daughter is the major fashionista in the house and frequently borrows her mother’s shoes.
