The 60th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards were held on September 21st and held at the brand new Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles. They were hosted by Ryan Seacrest, Tom Bergeron, Heidi Klum, Howie Mandel,and Jeff Probst. All 5 hosts were nominated for Outstanding Host for a Reality Show or Reality Competition. For the first time in the Emmy Awards history they announced in advance ten finalists for Outstanding Comedy and Drama Series categories. Award presenters were David Boreanaz,Wayne Brady, Lauren Conrad, Jimmy Kimmel and Kiefer Sutherland. A few of the winners through the night are Jeremy Piven, Laura Linney, John Stewart, Dame Eileen Atkins, and Glenn Close.
