Hilary Duff gets colorful in this yellow Dolce & Gabbana sequin dress paired with Christian Louboutin heels at the launch of The Beauty Book for Brain Cancer at Grauman’s Chinese Theatre. Duff accessorized with her baby bump — and a gorgeous Brumani “Candy Terracotta” Bracelet with Diamonds, Champagne Citrine and Smokey Quartz that retails for $27,716.

Duff attended the event with her husband, Mike Comrie. The couple expect their first child in March. “Heading to to launch party for the beauty book with Mikey,” she tweeted. “It’s for brain cancer awareness and everyone ;) should go get a copy! I’m in it.”
