Giuliana Rancic hosts “Do It For the Girls” event for breast cancer awareness

E! News host Giuliana Rancic attended the “Do It For the Girls” event on September 20 to encourage women to conduct a breast self-exam and to create an early detection plan. Rancic underwent treatment last year for breast cancer and had a double mastectomy.

Rancic also had fun talking about her new son, Edward Duke, born late August via a gestational surrogate. “I never realized how much I would love changing diapers,” she gushed.
