Fergie and Kelly Osbourne attend W Love Hangover Ball

Fergie looked fierce in a Balmain shirt paired with leather pants at the W Love Hangover Ball at the W Union Square in New York City on November 28. The event helped to raise money for the American Foundation of Aids Research.

Kelly Osbourne wore a printed Jean Charles de Castelbaljac dress paired with Aldo shoes at the W Love Hangover Ball. Osbourne was the “Mistress of Ceremonies” for the evening, along with vogue scene veteran Jack Mizrahi & nightlife impresario Ladyfag.
