Super 8 star Elle Fanning may only be 13-years-old, but the actress (and little sis of Dakota Fanning) knows how to wear high fashion! Elle is decked out in a Valentino gown with a Sethi Couture 18k rose gold flower cocktail ring with rose cut diamonds ($9,600). Braids are a huge trend this year and she has fun with the trend by wearing her hair braided across the front.
