Britney Spears and Demi Lovato make first official “X Factor” appearance

Britney Spears and Demi Lovato make their first official appearance as the judges of X Factor during the 2012 Fox Upfront presentation held at Wollman Rink in New York City on May 14. Britney and Demi join returning judges Simon Cowell and L.A. Reid.

Britney wore a figure-hugging purple Alexander Wang dress and was spotted with her fiance, Jason Trawick, at the X Factor upfront presentation.
