Ashlee Simpson attended the Herve Leger by Max Azria Spring 2012 Fashion Show during Mercedes Benz Fashion Week at the Lincoln Center in New York City. Simpson wore a strappy black dress paired with Adeler 14k yellow gold stud earrings with black onyx and diamonds ($12,790).
