Ian Somerhalder hosts The Influence Affair charity event

The Vampire Diaries star Ian Somerhalder hosted The Influence Affair charity event on Saturday, April 21 with world-renounced graffiti artist Erik Wahl.

“The coming together of like-minded individuals through action is what’s needed to see wide spread change for us, our planet and its creatures,” said Ian, who introduced guests to cocktails with VeeV Life and YogaVeda beverages. “This event provides a platform for individuals who want to see tangible results through active collaboration between celebrities, business leaders and individuals.”

Graffiti artist Erik Wahl impressed guests by painting an intricate photo of U2′s Bono in only four minutes! After the performance, he also surprised Ian with a self portrait. “Oh my God! He’s incredible,” gushed Ian.

Ian plans on selling these paintings for his charity “The Ian Somerhalder Foundation” as they are worth hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Ian’s girlfriend and Vampire Diaries’s co-star, Nina Dobrev, attended the event, which was held at the world-famous Habib mansion in Bel-Air.
