Julianne Hough supported Ryan Seacrest as he was honored at LA’s Promise 2011 Gala this week. Hough is wearing a printed black and silver dress accessorized with a M.C.L by Matthew Campbell Laurenza Large Pave Drop Earrings ($1,395) and M.C.L by Matthew Campbell Laurenza Pave Chrysler Ring ($305).
