Celebs at the MNG by Mango at JCPenney launch

Anne Heche stepped out with James Tupper for the launch of MNG by Mango at JCPenney in New York which included a fashion show and a performance by Janelle Monae. The fashion line launch brought out other celebs including Ali Fedotowsky, Samaire Armstrong, Alex McCord, Tinsley Mortimer, Adrienne Bailon and Katie Lee.

Gossip Girl star Kelly Rutherford brought some sparkle to the fashion event.
