Britney Spears and her boyfriend Jason Trawick attended her U.K. tour launch party at Sanctum Soho in London. Spears, 29, is wearing a body-hugging green and black Lipsy dress paired with candies by Britney black booties. Jason looks a bit surprised by the cameras!
Despite the fact that Brit has been wearing a ring on her engagement finger, Trawick told Access Hollywood that they are not engaged.
