Here’s Patrick Dempsey at the Maid of Honor screening at Soho Hotel in London, England. Patrick Dempsey has appeared in films since the mid 80s and can currently be seen on the hit television show Grey’s Anatomy as the character Dr Derek Shepherd, or “Dr McDreamy,” as fans adoringly nicknamed the character.
