Cher, who stars in the upcoming Burlesque, stepped out for the 2010 Glamour Magazine Women of the Year Awards at Carnegie Hall in New York City where she picked up the Lifetime Achievement Award. On the red carpet, the legendary Cher told MTV News: “It seems like I should be here presenting, because ‘lifetime achievement,’ I don’t know, it seems like it should be for something more than just doing my work, for doing the work that I’ve done. I’m an entertainer…it just seems like it should be someone more.”
