The Hills star Lauren Conrad showed off her chic, winter white dress during the Covergirl 50th Anniversary Party at BOA Steakhouse in West Hollywood. So Cal girl Lauren Conrad also debuted new brunette locks, going a few shades darker than her previous honey blonde color.

Fresh off the news that her MTV reality show The City won’t be returning, Whitney Port had this to say on her blog: “It’s always sad when one major chapter in your life comes to a close, but for me, this is the beginning of an entirely new one.”
