The most famous engaged couple in the world, Prince William and Kate Middleton, delighted onlookers as they teamed up to toss a pancake in Belfast in support of the Northern Ireland Cancer Fund for Children. Kate Middleton sported a smart Burberry coat as she joined in the Pancake Day festivities and signed the guest book at city hall.

Later in the day, the couple traveled to London where they met Prince Harry to sign a condolence book for victims of the New Zealand earthquake.

Prince William and Kate Middleton have officially announced their engagement! After dating on-and-off since 2001, Prince William finally put a ring on it and the royal wedding is expected to take place in the spring or summer of 2011. Prince William offered Kate Middleton the engagement ring of his late mother, Princess Diana, which is an oval sapphire surrounded by diamonds.
