Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo popped the question to his girlfriend Candice Crawford (sister to Gossip Girl star Chace Crawford) while celebrating her 24th birthday at a Dallas restaurant. Candice Crawford is a sports reporter for a Dallas TV station and has been dating Tony Romo since September of 2009. Previously, Tony Romo famously dated Jessica Simpson (who is also recently engaged) and Carrie Underwood.
