Celebs attend Fashion’s Night Out event

Anna Wintour flashed a smile as she arrived at the Fashion’s Night Out Kick-Off event at City Hall in New York City. After last year’s fantastic results, Fashion’s Night Out will return on September 7, when New York retailers will stay open extra hours and treat shoppers with snacks, drinks and entertainment.
