Madonna and her 14-year-old daughter Lourdes Leon, who together designed their teen fashion line Material Girl, showed off their fashionable sides when they stepped out for the star-studded 2011 Vanity Fair Oscar party in Los Angeles. At the popular post-Oscar bash, Madonna showed some serious leg in her lacy black dress while Lourdes wore an All Saints Aztec mini-dress.

Madonna struck a pose during the opening of her new gym in Mexico City called Hard Candy Fitness, a mash-up of the phrases hard body and eye candy. “It’s a sexy name that gives you the opportunity to have fun and to build strength as far as the imagination will allow,” Madonna revealed.

Although Material Girl spokesmodel Taylor Momsen couldn’t be bothered to crack a smile, Madonna, along with daughter Lourdes Leon, seemed to be enjoying herself at the Material Girl launch held at Macy’s in New York City. Madonna and Lourdes launched the fashion line for juniors based on Madonna’s styles during her 80s heyday. At the launch, Taylor Momsen and Lourdes Leon were both outfitted completely in Material Girl, while Madonna wore a dress created by the late Alexander McQueen.
