Jennifer Hudson performs at the Happy Hearts Event

Jennifer Hudson serenaded the crowd during the Happy Hearts Fund Land of Dreams: Thailand Event in New York City. Super model Petra Nemcova, who was injured in the horrific 2004 Thailand tsunami and lost her boyfriend Simon Atlee, founded the charity organization which helps children affected by natural disasters.
