Paul Wesley attended the Entertainment Weekly/Syfy Comic-Con event in San Diego. Forget Team Jacob or Team Edward! The new hot vampire love triangle is on The Vampire Diaries, starring Paul Wesley, Ian Somerhalder and Nina Dobrev. Paul Wesley plays Stefan Salvatore, a tortured vampire with good intentions who currently holds the heart of Nina Dobrev’s Elena. But Ian Somerhalder plays his mostly evil brother, Damon, who is patiently waiting for his chance with Elena.

Fan favorite Heather Morris and other Glee cast members delighted audiences at Comic-Con with lots of fun tidbits for the next season. Heather Morris, who plays Brittany, will finally have her day in the spotlight in an episode centered on Britney Spears’ songs. The delightfully ditsy character of Brittany will always be remembered for hilarious lines such as, “Did you know that dolphins are just gay sharks?”

Ryan Reynolds will star in the upcoming Green Lantern, based on the DC Comics series about a test pilot who is given a supernatural ring granting him special powers. Green Lantern is highly anticipated but fans will have to wait until June 2011. At the Comic-Con event, Ryan Reynolds gave away his ring to one lucky winner in the audience.

Nina Dobrev, Paul Wesley, Ian Somerhalder, and writers and producers revealed that season two of Vampire Diaries will have more flashbacks. The season two premiere just finished taping and at Comic-Con they showed a clip in which Katherine reveals she came back for Stefan not Damon! If you haven’t seen this show yet, it is a fun, thrilling and romantic show about vampires based on the books by LJ Smith.

The cast of True Blood wowed the fans when they showed up at San Diego’s Comic-Con. Real life couple Stephen Moyer and Anna Paquin shared a moment in front of the cameras. Show creator Alan Ball declared that he thinks Bill (Moyer) and Sookie (Paquin) are indeed soulmates, which upset those who are rooting for a Sookie and Eric (Alexander Skarsgard) romance.
