In her striking, black-and-nude dress, Piper Perabo mingled with other celebs including Cate Blanchett, Kelly Rutherford, Vera Wang, Chelsea Clinton and Marc Mezvinsky.

Piper Perabo in 2003 looking gorgeous and just plain adorable (and of course pretty “bare” in the front but hey she looks healthy!) I recently came across the photo below of her literally a few days ago while she attended the Animal Fair Magazine’s 8th Annual Halloween Pet Costume Party. She looks tired, thinner and waif-like! is she over-worked? Under-fed? what do YOU! think! The above 2003 photo shows her looking healthy, her face and cheek bones also aren’t sticking out or sunken in!
