The Hollywood premiere of Scream 4 was the place to be and Scream stars Neve Campbell and Courteney Cox looked stunning as they posed together on the red carpet at Grauman’s Chinese Theatre. Neve Campbell and Courteney Cox both went dark in their little black dresses for the horror flick’s premiere which drew celebs like Anna Paquin, Emma Roberts, Kristen Bell, Shenae Grimes and Hayden Panettiere.

Milla Jovovich was white hot in this lacy, asymmetrical dress by Pucci at the New York premiere of her new film Stone, held at the Museum of Modern Art.
