Gossip Girl star Michelle Trachtenberg was one of the many celebs to attend the New York premiere of the buzzed-about film, Blue Valentine. The Ryan Gosling and Michelle Williams film, which follows the ups-and-downs of a married couple, earned an NC-17 rating for some steamy scenes, but was just downgraded to the much more theater-friendly R rating.
