Lindsay Lohan seems to be enjoying her freedom after leaving the Betty Ford Center a few days ago and paid a visit to the gym with her hair stylist, Andy Lecompte. After spending several months in rehab, Lindsay Lohan decided to clear out from her West Hollywood pad and will be settling into a Venice Beach house, right next door to her ex, Samantha Ronson.

Lindsay Lohan was spotted leaving Magnolia restaurant in Hollywood just hours after admitting her failed drug test on Twitter. The troubled Lindsay Lohan partied with two other friends and took off in Lohan’s car. Lindsay Lohan faces a possible 30 days in jail after failing the court-ordered drug test just weeks after she left rehab.

Dina Lohan stepped outside to use her cell phone while visiting with her daughter, Lindsay Lohan. Apparently, Lindsay Lohan checked into this rehab facility in West Hollywood in order to try to appease Judge Marsha Revel, who ordered Lohan to report to jail on July 20 for 90 days, before serving another 90 days in rehab. Maybe Lindsay Lohan is trying to get a jump on the time or maybe she just really needs the help!
