Cougar Town star Busy Philipps rocked the red carpet during the 2011 Academy Awards at the Kodak Theatre in Hollywood along with her best gal pal Michelle Williams. Busy Philipps glammed up in a stunning black dress by Douglas Hannant complete with a fabulous fishtail skirt.
