Nia Vardalos, Kyra Sedgwick and Rosie Perez were all smiles at the after-party for the 24 Hour Plays on Broadway presented by Montblanc. The 24 Hour Plays are an exercise in creativity with writers, directors and actors producing six original plays in just one day. The tenth annual production drew celebrated actors including Elijah Wood, America Ferrera, Julia Stiles and a surprise appearance by Jennifer Aniston.

Newly engaged couple Ryan Williams and America Ferrera attended the annual Imagen Awards at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills. America Ferrera won her fourth Imagen Award for best television actress for her work in Ugly Betty. The recently engaged America Ferrera stars in The Dry Land, which was written and directed by her fiance, Ryan Piers Williams. The Dry Land tells the story of a man who returns home from war and has trouble reconnecting with his old life.
