Nicolas Cage and Ron Perlman suited up for the New York City premiere of their new film, Season of the Witch. The duo portray 14th century knights who are faced with the ruins of the Black Plague when they return home after decades of fighting in the Crusades. Season of the Witch arrives on the big screen January 7.

Nicolas Cage and cast were seen rehearsing a scene on a subway platform in downtown Brooklyn for a scene of the upcoming feature film ‘The Sorcerer’s Apprentice’ in NYC.
The Sorcerer’s Apprentice:
Starring Nicolas Cage, Jay Baruchel, Teresa Palmer, Alfred Molina, Peyton List, Nicole Ehinger and Omar Benson Miller. Based off of the classic poem by Johann Wolfgang Goethe. A sorcerer (Cage) leaves his workshop in the hands of his apprentice (Baruchel), who gets into trouble when the broomstick he’s tasked to do his chores for him somehow develops a mind of its own.

Recommended Movies: Face/Off, this movie also stars heavy Hollywood hitter John Travolta who play as each others nemesis, Travolta being a police officer and Cage a hardened criminal who was the result of Travolta’s character’s son dieing. In the movie they through surgery of course have their identities switched in a hush hush operation from the department only to have Cage’s character (who is now Travolta … you getting this?) break free during their final face switch. With both characters lives completely switched around, they fight one another in one battle after another in an attempt to get his life back. If I haven’t confused you yet, wait until you see the movie, you wont regret it. Lots of action, a great plot and a awesome ending. It doesn’t hurt to see Cage and Travolta either!
